8. Golf & Performance Data

• Swing videos and related data are processed for analysis

• Videos are stored for up to 30 days before deletion

• Extracted swing images (P1–P10) may be retained for analysis and AI model improvement (only if opted in)

• Users cannot fully delete processed analysis from AWS backups immediately, but deletion will occur in line with our retention policy

9. AI Coaching & Limitations

​

AutoCoachGolf provides AI-driven coaching and analysis for educational and training purposes only.
We do not guarantee performance improvement or specific results.
Use the advice at your own discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

​

• All content, software, and branding in AutoCoachGolf are owned by us or our licensors

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission

11. Community & Sharing Features

​

If you choose to share your achievements, videos, or stats publicly:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service

• You are solely responsible for the content you share
